Christmas Stroll - Chapter Specific

posted Nov 5, 2013, 9:45 PM by Yvonne Hagood

The Christmas Stroll in Old Colorado City will continue through the holidays and Shoestring Events has offered to feature ICC on their Facebook page for December 21. Each Colorado Springs Chapter will take an hour to walk the streets, stopping here and there to present as crowds gather.

Chapter SHINE has volunteered to present from 2:00 - 3:00pm, gathering at Jives Coffee Shop and strolling from there. We will use the choral reading presented on November 30 so there will be minimal practice time as a group.

Please RSVP to Yvonne.Hagood@gmail.com by November 21 if interested.

Shoestring Events is bringing the Christmas Stroll to Old Colorado City Saturday night, November 30th.

Colorado Springs chapters will be joining together from 5:00 - 6:00 pm at Jives Coffee Shop to present a choral reading sprinkled with "popcorn quotes" about favorite memories, Christmas quotes, phrases from Christmas carols or poems. The presentation will be repeated over the course of the hour as patrons come and go as they shop for the holidays.

Participating students will be assigned parts to practice reading at home and then will get together about a half hour before the presentation time to practice as a group.

Please RSVP if interested to Yvonne.Hagood@gmail.com by November 11.
